Our tenants hired Mike Wassif to cut the lawn on a bi-weekly basis.  Two times Mike failed to showed up for a scheduled cut.  The second time, we called him ourselves, because it was extremely important for him to cut the lawn before an Open House we had as we're selling the property.  Mike was supposed to cut the lawn on a Thursday/Friday. We called first thing Saturday morning. He apologized and said that it was all their fault, they screwed up and that they'd "make it right" by promising to cut it by 10am Sunday morning (2 hours before the Open House). Mike ASSURED us that they'd be there, we had nothing to worry about, and again, he promised he'd make it right and cut the lawn "as it only takes 15 mins with our industrial equipment."

Well, guess what.  Sunday morning we went over there at 10am to find long grass! No cut.  We called several times, and got no answer.  The jerk didn't even have the decency to apologize for the lack of professionalism.  

He should be ashamed of himself.  He has never returned calls or acknowledged what he did. Do NOT recommend Mike Wassif and his terrible lawn service.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
