Aldo was a referral and came highly recommended. We weren't disappointed. From the initial visit when he listened to our needs, suggested improvements, and suggested non-improvements (i.e., said if it ain't broken, don't fix it) which we really appreciated. Then when it came time to execution, he and his team of professionals were prompt, punctual, and efficient. I would highly recommend Aldo and his team to home repairs and remodeling services.
Mr. Razo is very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He made suggestions; that met all our needs and for our property's future resale value: a home office with closets, bar area, TV area, full bath and plenty of storage space. Most importantly, he worked everything within our budget. Along the way, he was very flexible when we suggested changes to the original plan. His workers are all professional and did excellent quality work.
Mr. Razo provided us with a copy of his contractors license. Everything checked out with DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation). Mr. Razo started working on our project as soon as we gave him the deposit. He worked on the drawings the next day and presented it to us for our final approval, he then got the required building, electrical and plumbing permits. This entire project went smoothly. He was on the job every day supervising every aspect of the project. He and his crew showed up every single day at 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM until the project was completed.
We are very happy that we found A Z Razo Construction. They renewed our faith that good contractors DO exist. Mr. Razo and his crew have our highest recommendations. We will absolutely hire them again for our next renovations. We are saving up for the kitchen and master bath next.
