Water Heater Service
I requested a refund last Thursday because of poor customer service… actually, the mgr was very rude when trying to resolve an issue with a product that their tech adamantly ensured us we’d receive but didn’t. No one has called or emailed to provide an update on the refund. I guess their ??????? of Responsiveness, Professionalism, and Quality of Work is a ??? lie.
