After the buffing, the scratch was barely visible!
I was referred by the service manager at Sheehy Subaru who told me that they have had great results with Precision Collision's work. I checked Angie's List and also found that customers were very satisfied with Precision.
It is really refreshing to find a company that gives you options and doesn't immediately go the most expensive fix. They seem to be honest people. For this reason I recommended that my daughter, who just had an incident with her new Honda CR-V, take it to Precision.
Finding the shop in Lorton can be difficult the first time. Thank goodness I had a GPS!

Tasso (GM) and Gail made the car repair process easy and effortless. The estimate was sent directly to my insurance and ,since they are an approved shop, no further action was required by me. With their guidance, I was able to arrange a rental car and have it at the shop when I dropped off my car. Enterprise has a satellite office on site with the entire process taking less then 10 min !
The work performed was outstanding. This is my wife's new car and I felt really bad about scratching the paint. The shop made a hero out of me. When we picked the car up, it looked better then the day we bought it! She forgot about the scratches (for now).
This is a locally owned business with committed and caring employees. I hope I don't need their services again. I highly recommended them if you do.

Gail did a great job keeping me updated about the status of my car and the team turned around my car within the estimated timeframe of 5-9 days. I was delighted with the results - it was as though the accident had never happened.
There is an Enterprise Car Rental location on site as well, so that made it very convenient to drop off and pick up the car whenever I needed to.
I would recommend Precision Collision without reservation.
