They are working hard right now, to finish the job. All the workers, especially Devin, the manager/owner, are very polite and working in an efficient manner.

Customer service was awesome! Very polite on the phone, easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They got back to me within a hour after my request for service. The yard looks great. They worked very efficiently, were very nice and brought the exact equipment needed to get the job done. Great experience. Great service.

10/10 would NOT recommend. Zero communication and not reliable. Like pulling teeth to get them to fix our swing set that they broke and did not even tell us.

Project was scheduled for a certain time; they showed up unannounced at a different time not agreed upon; eventually that was resolved. Some issues with gravel mixed in to mulch that was applied; that problem was also resolved;

This company takes your feedback. They take what you want and they give you the best service possible with the best possible attitude. These people are professionals. They do their best and they are very affordable. They were willing to work with you and they are willing to get the job done in a way that's would make anybody with OCD happy. Please know that I recommend this company and have worked with them for a couple year now

Yard Sharks strives to do the best job possible for their customers. They are customer focused/driven and want to make the customer as happy as possible.

Be careful, review your contract and make sure there is a communication between the contract writer and the contract recipient. Be careful, they do shawty work.

On our first contact I felt that they were biased on the customers they service. Very unprofessional, the staff was rude, they were disrespectful. They did rock-scaping on a slope and now when it rains the rocks move and build up into the neighboring yard. Basically all the rocks have moved to the neighbors yard. The response from the owner Devin is that he no longer services my area and to find another contractor.

Unfortunately, they are unresponsive. I used them once and was completely disappointed, canceling any further services via text which I received a response but not to my cancellation. I since then paid the due $80 and followed up with a cancellation email and phone call, but neither was replied to. If your business is reading this, please do not service my residence anymore as I have found someone who does an amazing job!

I am very pleased with the mowing and trimming they did on my large yard. I will continue to hire them for this work.

Great experience. From initial contact thru the team showing up on time and doing a professional job, I was more than satisfied. Originally only wanted them to come the one time to do my yard but the price and the results were such that I decided to continue having them do the work on a biweekly basis.
