"The work was performed as requested by the client. The client paid only for the services that were rendered! The client wanted 2 of the trees trimmed completely different than what we agreed on. We told that client that would be fine however we would need a bucket lift which wasn?t ready available and there was a wait. We performed a tree pruning down the street a few days later, which we did not need a bucket lift. After finishing the job I stopped by the clients house to let him know we would be back as soon the bucket lift was available. "I find this clients review very disturbing. The contract in which (consumer name withheld per their request) had signed did not state we were to apply weed block, we were to remove the existing weeds and spray them, we did as the contract stated. Also we did not have a dead line to finish the project, i had specified to (consumer name withheld per their request) that it would take around 3 days from start to finish, depending on the weather. We started the project 2 days later than expected however we finished the entire project in 3 days. We could have finished the project in 2 days however the rain delayed the finish do the fact we could not glue our retaining wall blocks together in the rain. (consumer name withheld per their request) stated in the beginning her main concern was to have the project completed as soon as possible because her landscaping had been out of compliance with her HOA for almost 5 months and she was receiving fines for every 2 weeks she was out of compliance. (consumer name withheld per their request) also had delayed the start date on the project for almost a month because she did not have the money for the deposit to begin the landscape work and this delay completely caused us to change our schedule around with other clients numerous times and we never complained once to (consumer name withheld per their request) because we knew she was having trouble financing the project and that she was being pushed with fines from the HOA. I also would like to add that we installed plants that were much larger than what (consumer name withheld per their request) had been quoted on her contract. (consumer name withheld per their request) gave me a spec sheet on what the HOA required, instead of 1 gallon shrubs we installed 5 gallon shrubs, instead of 3 gallon evergreen tree we installed 7 gallons and instead of 1 evergreen tree we installed 2. This entire project cost $2,250.00. We spent $1300.00 in material, shrubs, trees, topsoil,mulch, fertilizer, weed control (not weed block), retaining wall block, stone dust and glue for the block. If (consumer name withheld per their request) truly though this project wold only cost her $500.00 she would have done it herself along time ago to avoid her HOA fines, however that wasn't the case. In our defense We stand behind our work, we love our job and care deeply about our clients and we go above and beyond to keep our clients satisfied, as you can see in every review aside of (consumer name withheld per their request) I feel no matter what we would have done for (consumer name withheld per their request) would have never been satisfied and i wish we would have never been acquainted to engage in this project, to be honest, this is a shame that i need to sit here and defend these false accusations."
