I will be using this company again. From the first time we entered the business, met with Michelle, and began the purchase process, it was smooth with true professionalism. John came to the house to measure and prepare the quote and was easy to work with. The installers are rock stars--they showed up on time for a two-day job and finished it in one day, we were stunned. The entire process, from quote to installation was less than three weeks.

Perfect every step of the way. Michele is a super saleswoman with amazing integrity. JK, the owner, is just a fraction of a step behind Michele, so high praise indeed. The crew was terrific on the install---meticulous and focused. I wish you could see the boards laid around my fireplace: flush and perfect. No short cuts

Could not have been a better experience.  They put me in touch with one of their installers near my home.  I was able to have them come out and do the work on a holiday while I was off from work. The installer was easy to work with, knew what he was doing,  completely cleaned up after himself and the finished produce was exactly what I expected.

As expected, JK did an awesome job on this project just as they did on our kitchen and bath floors last year.  Pan and Kelly were very helpful for us to choose the appropriate style, size and thickness.  
The installation team were very efficient and did a great job.  I don't think it took them longer than 1 1/2 hours.    
I continue to believe that you get what you pay for.  It just seems that when you look at all the places out there doing flooring, it seems hard to schedule and you get nickel and dimed on everything.  JK makes it so easy to do business.
Upstairs carpet is next on our list in 2015 and by the time we get to it, you know who we will be calling.  JK Carpets.

We decided to go with them because they have what we were looking for and they were very accommodating. They were wonderful. I had a little problem with something and they came right back and took care of it. They were just excellent. I would recommend them for almost anything. We got carpet. I think they do other kinds of floorings, but certainly, I would recommend them for carpeting just because they are so reliable. They do an excellent job, and they are very clean. It was just a good experience. I think their price was reasonable. They were not cheap. We could have got something similar cheaper someplace else, but their pricing was fair. I was so pleased.

JK offered to let us use the samples multiple times so we could make up our minds on the new flooring for our kitchen.  They were never pushy, but did offer examples of benefits for the types of flooring we were interested in.  We felt like the decision we made was perfect for what we got.  
Their installation team was outstanding.  We have never had this done and was expecting a real mess, but was pleasantly surprised on how efficient and neat they were while putting the floor together.    
We felt the price we paid was worth what we got.  We could have spent about $800 less on another vinyl floor, but we decided to go with the vinyl tile.  All I can say is WOW.  We couldn't imagine how it would really look, but we are so glad we went with it.  The installers did an awesome job putting it together as well.  We did get basic vinyl in two bathrooms and they took toilets out and replaced them after the floor was down.  They charged to do this, but it was worth it since I have done it before and didn't care to do it again.   Part of the price was installing toe molding, so it was a completely finished job when they left.
I would recommend them for any flooring to anyone.  We are going to replace some carpet in 2014 and will ONLY go to JK.  Great work, great people, great products.

The old saying of only having 1 chance to make a good first impression must be their motto. The ladies that I spoke with on the phone and then later met I would have sworn we were old friends. They were accommodating, very knowledgeable, and personable. Measurements have been taken and a date for early in December has been arranged for flooring to be installed. Barbara and her team did a special search to find JK Carpets and I do so appreciate Angie's List for making this connection happen.

Spectacular to deal with. Informative, detailed, professional. Great Customer service. After a $100K renovation on my housethey were the best contractor I dealt with. I needed the job installed quickly with minimal lead time. They delivered....no muss, no fuss!

From the time we called to get an estimate 'til the service was completed, they were great! The sales staff answered all our questions thoroughly. John, the owner, came out to measure and was very pleasant to talk with. He told us it would only take one day from start to finish and that's the truth. It only took one day. The installators were polite and worked continuously throughout the day.They did an awesome job. They cleaned up all areas where they worked as best as they could. Be prepared to do a thorough cleaning because the dust was pretty bad. John told us to be prepared for a deep cleaning. The floors look great and we would definitely use JK Carpets again.

The installation work was fantastic.  They arrived on time both days.  Took the time to explain the process and areas they would work, in that order.  Had an issue with a closet door and fixed it which was over and above what they were responsible for. Cleaned up the areas in which they worked very professionally.  Answered all my questions concerning floor cleaning recommendations. The price was right on target.  The floor looks so good that it is reminding me of other things I need to do.

They are very reliable and always get good people.  I can highly recommend them.

The owners and employees at JK Carpets were some of more friendly, courteous, and helpful people we have experienced in a long while.  The owners went out of their way to follow up to make sure that the work was correctly done and that we were fully satisfied.  When plumbing issues came up when new toilets were installed after the flooring was replaced (not JK Carpet’s fault) they were very good about providing a very competent plumber to resolve the issue that day.  For a combination of professionalism, honesty, and price competitiveness you can’t go wrong with JK Carpets.
