THE SIDE THAT HE REPAIRED WAS DONE IN THE TIME FRAME THAT HE HAD PROMISED. NOT THE BEST JOB IN THE WORLD BUT I FEEL THAT THE WORK PERFORMED ON THE ONE SIDE OF THE ROOF MADE THE OVERALL ROOF MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOF SOMETHING THAT HE DID WHILE WORKING ON MY ROOF MADE THE OPPOSITE SIDE DROP DOWN APPROX 6 TO 8 INCHES NEAR THE CENTER OF THE ROOF. I POINTED THIS OUT TO THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY BEFORE I PAID HIM. HE SAID HE NEVER NOTICED THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOF AND DID NOT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAD HAPPENED. WE DISCUSSED WHAT COULD BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND THE POTENIAL COST INVOLVED. I PAID HIM IN FULL FOR THE SIDE THAT HE REPLACED. HE SAID HE WOULD  COME BACK AND SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT THE SIDE THAT HE DID NOT WORK ON. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. I AM NOW TAKING ESTIMATES ON AN ADDITION.....I WILL NEED A NEW ROOF ON MY HOME AND GARAGE IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER USING DJ ROOFING FOR A FUTURE JOB BECAUSE HE DID NOT KEEP HIS WORD AND DID NOT ADMIT RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY ROOF WHILE HE WAS WORKING ON IT.

"This repair was done to a garage that had homemade trusses. We repaired one side of the roof as well as reenforced the existing roof structure. The roof structure was completely inadequate in structural design and we attempted to "beef" it up. The contract was to do the one side. We did not touch the other side of the structure at all so we do not feel we have done anything detrimental to the other side. If anything we kept it from collapsing on itself. If the homeowner is unhappy with the work performed then maybe we should have done the entire job instead of trying to band aid it at his request."

He came out and fixed it. It was starting to cost us a lot of money due to the damage inside the house. He did a great job.
