Design Craft Homes is your one-stop shop for your custom dream home. Since 1992, we have been designing and building homes for our clients and the way they live. Founded by A. David Karfgin, Jr., the company has grown and evolved over the past almost two decades to meet the ever-changing needs of our homeowners. We specialize in both designing and building homes that are tailored to meet the needs of our homeowners and how they live, in a seamless and easy process.

My husband and I purchased a short sale home that needed a lot of TLC.  We originally hired Design Craft Homes to remove an existing fireplace.  As we began work on the home we continued to find significant problems that were beyond my husbands handyman capabilites.  Dave Karfgin and his staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding as we worked through the many issues with our home.  Dave took the time to talk through problems with us regardless of rather or not his staff was doing the work.  His team was extremely responsive to our needs.  Very quick to respond and best of all they 'DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME'.  We are so happy that we found Design Craft Homes and that we hired them to work with us.
