John returned my initial call promptly, scheduled the visit to provide an estimate (and called before he came). Completed paperwork for the Association to review. Once Association approved the work, scheduled the date for the work.
John and his crew were on time, prepared the site, covered my neighbor's car with tarp, and proceeded with the work. They did a great job and cleaned the area, and except for the missing trees, didn't now they had been at my house.
This is the third time I have used Above It All, and highly recommend John and his company for tree removing/trimming.
