Cleaning Service Co

Overall it was okay. Ultimately I wasn’t happy with the cleaning of the bathroom and the straw was the half cleaning of the oven. Although my home is two stories they only cleaned the floors (vacuum carpet and mopped wood floors) and 2.5 baths. I kept to the first floor and 1.5 baths and upstairs bedrooms were only used when folks visited. Also, I kept the kitchen and bedrooms in order and clean. The shower floor, tile walls and glass door were never rid of soap scum unless I cleaned them. So this last cleaning I asked Katlyn to skip the second floor and instead remove the oven cleaner from the oven. I specifically asked her to turn on the oven for a few minutes after cleaning then clean again, wipe away the white residue. I came home that evening to find the oven coated with white residue. I have pics but no place to upload here. I text the company and the response was tepid at best.

2 people come in and clean - it takes only about an hour (I have a 1,000 square foot home). Each week I give them one extra thing. This week it was the outside of the front door (sweep,  wipe and do the windows) which they do without charging me extra - they recently added carpet cleaning to their services and it is a van with a hose so nothing comes in your home.

Megan came and checked our work and then cleaned a couple of things we missed and one bed room that we had saved for her. Her work was excellent. I appreciated the no nonsense guarantee that if anything isn't perfect they will come back at no additional charge. It provided us peace of mind for the landlords inspection.

She is charging me $80 every 4 weeks. She does a decent job and the same person comes every time. I have only started using them since December so I have only had four or  five cleanings. She is not always on time.

Prior to arranging regular monthly cleanings (i.e, once per month), Susan stopped by my apartment to evaluate the cleaning services I needed, as well as, the size of my residence in order to provide me with a cost quote for service.  I found Susan to be a really friendly person.  The staff member who is the regular cleaning person, Kathy, has been not only very reliable and flexible in scheduling cleaning dates, but has performed her cleaning services in a most professional and thorough manner!  I've found her to be a very amicable person.
She goes above and beyond in the performance of her duties.  Kathy always displays a genuine interest in my own personal situation (as I am largely housebound now due to medical disabilities).  I would most definitely recommend Cleaning Service Company for anyone needing reliable and quality-oriented residential cleaning services!

So far the work has been good. I have been happy with their work. They are nice people and I feel comfortable with them. The same woman has come out both times I have used them.

The owner, Susan cleaned in the spring and did an excellent job. She was going to offer a very good regular price. She even volunteered to help clean out closet for nothing. Unfortunately my health and finances prevented me from hiring her again until family members were coming from out of state. She had a young lady clean for me the 2nd time and it was a very good job.

Selected them from Angie's list, called and made an appointment. In addition, Susan provided contacts for 2 other services that were right on the money. The cleaning personnel showed up on time, got right to work and finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to others.

They are always on time, pleasant to work with, and do a great job. There pricing is also reasonable.

Susan came to the house to provide estimate and was prompt and reasonably priced for the service. We are still working on getting the scheduling consistent and providing updates if the service provider is going to be late. Cleaning job is good. Price is very reasonable. And they are flexible and will work with you. For example, I only have my second floor cleaned when needed and then charged for that separately. So far so good. I would recommend giving them a try.
