It was a fantastic experience! We got weekly reports with photographs of the work being done. At least once a week we talked with Owner, Tim Welsh or John Thomas, his Project Manager. We drove up only once in the middle of the four-month repair to have an on-ground meeting. Other than that, we relied totally on Tim Welsh or John Thomas to make recommendations and repairs. When you can trust, really trust, the providers of service it is an assurance that is worth everything. The Welsh Construction Company deserves to be recognized and appreciated for the extraordinary lengths that people went to in order to provide us with a beautiful, safe, and one-of-a-kind home.
