I pretty much know the staff and if I have a question, there is usually somebody around to give me an answer and if they can't, they can find somebody who can.

Helped find the right materials for packing boxes including dish kits ,tape carts to haul boxes on. Informed us where to find the items needed to fix screen door and helped us with the purchase of screen door odd sizes

I was very pleased with their services. I liked the fact that they came to the site to inspect it before putting the roof on. They also had efficient service.

I thought they provided exceptional service. I went out on Sunday to buy a water heater and they said they could get out on Monday and they stayed true to their word. Their service was above and beyond. My husband is retired military and the great thing about Lowes is that if you have a military or retired military pass you get 10% off purchase price. They called the morning after to make sure that everything was working properly. The technician stayed behind to make sure it was working but Lowes also called to make sure I was pleased. Excellent customer service.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. We went to look for a washer and dryer, and browsed at Lowe's. The very friendly, very non-pushy salesman in appliances told us that Lowe's would hold any appliance we purchased until after the close date on the house (a month away) for no charge. Not only that, he recommended we NOT buy the washer and dryer that we were looking at right then, but to wait for a better sale. He could have sold them to us on the spot, but we waited as he suggested, found a great deal at Sears, came back to him, and Lowe's undercut the Sears SALE price by 10%. We walked away with the same washer and dryer, with installation (which Sears wouldn't do because of the distance) and saved almost 30% off of what we would have paid the first time we were in the store. How refreshing that a salesman would look out for the best interests of the buyer, and not just the bottom line for the company.
