After coming back from a trip, I couldn't get my air conditioning to come on. I called Lexington Electric on the recommendation of a friend. They were courteous, made an appointment for eight o'clock the next morning, and told me ahead of time what the service charge would be. The technician showed up on time, was very courteous, explained some issues I didn't understand with the system, pointed out a potential problem with the drain location (and explained why it could be a problem) and described what it would take to solve it, but didn't push to get it done immediately, so I did not get the impression he was fishing for business. He also pointed out that I needed new filters and suggested that I get them from a local store instead of having their company supply them (which would involve him going back to the office to get them). I would definitely call these folks again. (It turned out the thermostat was working; I wasn't giving the compressor time to respond.)
