+ -1 moreMr. Patterson built a garage for me at my residence. The garage floor started cracking right away. He refused to come, look at the floor, it continued to crack and bulge. I paid an engineer to inspect the floor, the engineer sent that report to Mr. Patterson. He did not respond to that report, The floor continued to crack and bulge. A judge's decision awarded me monies to replace the garage floor, Mr. Patterson refuses to pay. I am concerned that this general contractor is not a responsible person and I would not use him again.
