 + -1 moreThe Tech hit some traffic and was a little late arriving at our house. Once there, I explained that our TV was turning on and off automatically. I then helped him to remove the TV from the wall and we loaded it up in his van. He said he had to take it back to his shop to diagnose the issue. About one week letter I followed up and he told me a new computer board was needed. I told him to order it. Two weeks later he returned the TV to my house and helped me attach it back to the wall. Everything seems to be fixed and fully operational.
Description of Work: Replacement of the computer board in a 2 yr. old TV.

 + -1 moreCalled Zachary services among others and from the initial price estimate Zach gave the best price. We made the appointment for Sunday. Zach showed up right on time and confirmed the issue with the convergence unit. He took the convergence unit with him and came back after two hours. After putting it back, the issue got fixed.
Description of Work: My 55 inch Sony tv (projection) started displaying the triple image. It was an issue with the convergence unit which was fixed by Zachary

 + -1 moreI thought my TV would cost me a lot to repair. But the gentleman from Zach Tech gave me a very resonable price and also a 90 day warranty for his work. The picture is so clear and bright now. The technician requested me to gave him a honest review on Angie List since he was trying to promote his business on Angie's website. I was not a registered user and only registered and paid so that I could help his business out.
Description of Work: The provider was extremely professional and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my TV. He came to my house during the time window promised and took the TV for repair. He called me when the TV was fixed and delivered it to my house. I did not even have to pick my TV and take it anywhere.
