General Remodeling
What went wrong is that they do not finish what they plan to do and have poor communication skills. Billing was not detailed, done in "bulk hours" which could not be itemized out. Carpet installation went way wrong and we had to stay in a hotel. They had to bring in a second set of installers because the first set was not doing the job right. Carpet was not installed 100% properly. There are gaps and they carpeted over a heat vent. Carpet was a poor choice, low quality. While We Prep Homes to Sell made a great deal in the general contracting of this carpet installation, they would not broker or oversee the customer service end of dealing with the carpet installation firm, a local outfit.
