Was out the same day I called and had the parts needed to make the repair. Was very friendly and explained everything. Would definite call if needed for other repairs or service again.

Excellent. Mr. Singh was out the next business day and offered guidance on either obtaining a new microwave or repairing the existing appliance. He gave an estimate either way. I chose to repair the existing microwave and I really liked the model and it was installed as over the stove. Mr. Singh was knowledgeable, quick and completely professional. I would hire him and his company again in a quick minute.

We have used Manjit Singh for many years for any problems with our appliances and have always been happy. Recently our air conditioner went out and we used his services for this too. We received the same excellent advice and service from him for the air conditioner that we have come to expect. He always shows up at the time he tells you (no waiting around during a "window" of hours) and will give you honest advice about whether to repair or replace. We highly recommend Mr. Singh for any of your appliance and HVAC needs.

Manjit was excellent to work with, he is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. He went a step further than just fixing the appliance, but also educating me in terms of caring for the appliance and also explaining what to expect post repair. Manjit will be my go to person for any future appliance repair needs.

Prompt, efficient and repair was successful. After letting us know the cost, the repair was done two days later. A part had to be ordered. Repair man was polite and gave us updates about arrival time.

Mr. Singh showed up on time, described what was wrong, what part it needed, how much it would cost. We proceeded, he returned when he said he would, again described what he was doing, being careful about the floor, etc. He followed up with a phone call to make sure things were fixed. Definitely would hire him again.

It was wonderful. In the face of COVID19, he was masked and gloved and took every precaution. He worked quickly and vacuumed the dust accumulated in back of the dryer. He cautioned me to spray the area even though he had taken all precautions. I apprecIated his concern for us as much as his meticulous work!

My fridge broke on a Sunday night, and they were extremely prompt, able to come out here first thing on Monday morning. The technician was very communicative the whole way, calling and texting me to keep me posted with the progress. The fridge was promptly fixed, and thanks to them no food went spoiled !

Came out for a fixed fee and assessed a leaking washer. Advised to replace it rather than incur the repair cost which would have been $200+. Appreciate the honest advise.

Excellent communication, speedy appointment, quality service

The entire service experience was excellent with US Appliances. I contacted them via the provided Angie's List phone # and was immediately routed to Mr. Singh - who actually said he'd be able to come to my house within one hour. The technician, Mr. Singh diagnosed the problem, secured the proper part, and finished the repair before 12 noon... same day! My frig is now working great! The pricing was fair for parts + services.

He showed just as scheduled. After checking inside the control panel, reseting the CB, and turning on the oven, the CB popped and could not be immediately reset. Mr. Singh felt that the problem was a faulty CB, and not the oven. He recommended an electrician to replace the CB. I did this and Mr. Singh was correct. The oven has been working normally again. The electrician cost was reasonable and Mr. Singh charged his diagnosis fee of $59.95. Manjit saved me the considerable cost of a new control panel. Thanks!

This company sent an unqualified and unethical person to do a dishwasher install for me - twice. This man left my first dishwasher a wobbly, crooked mess. Admittedly, there was a slight issue with the floor under the dishwasher being sub-floor and therefore needing to put some additional pieces of wood under the legs to raise the level. This was attempted by this man but the feet of the dishwasher were left hanging halfway off the wood pieces. Later, when I put a dish in the bottom drawer, the whole thing shifted off the wood piece underneath. It became even more wobbly and the whole dishwasher would fall forward when you opened it. Also, he told me he attached the dishwasher to the side cabinets with screws. He even made a show of coming back into my house after he left because he "forgot" to make sure the drawers on either side weren't inhibited by the screws. There were no screws whatsoever holding the dishwasher in. This was proved out by Mr. Singh later when I complained about the installation. He admitted it was a bad job but said that that particular dishwasher would never work for me (I think it would have with a competent installer). However, I took his word for it and exchanged it for another (thank you, Lowe's). Mr. Singh offered to install the new one for free (I had already paid them $300). When Mr. Singh came he wasn't able to install the new dishwasher because we didn't have the water line and he didn't have one either. He left and we went through about a week of him trying to "fit me in". Finally, he was going out of town and I wanted my dishwasher fixed so I consented to have the original guy back out since he could come soonest. Mr. Singh assured my that this install was no problem! Mr. Singh had even already hooked up all the plumbing and electric. The guy comes back and here we are again with the wood pieces. I offered him extra pieces and he declined. When he left, the dishwasher looked more stable than before and I couldn't see the underneath of this one to check how it was situated. I took his word for it that he had leveled it on the wood pieces and screwed it in. He assured me he had screwed it into the counter-top this time. I still just didn't trust him and the door had a weird hitch when it opened and closed so I had the manufacturer service come check it out. Lo and behold, they said the dishwasher feet were half hanging off the wood pieces and it was not screwed in anywhere. I told Mr. Singh this and asked for a partial refund to cover having to pay someone else to come do the job and got absolutely no response. I wrote this long review because I am still in disbelief that someone could be so incompetent and just lie to my face about what they did. Maybe Mr. Singh could have done a good job with this but unfortunately, he was not able to do the work himself and I don't feel that he backed me up with the poor job his assistant did.

The service contractor diagnosed the problem and tightened a part under the base of the machine. After tightening, he checked to see if agitator operated properly. After starting cycle, it worked normally. The problem appears to be fixed.

He showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. Explained what needed to be done, how it would be done and provided clear information about the entire process. I appreciated his honesty and will use him again if I have issues with any other appliances.
