We love Town Peds!

She's been good so far.  The experience was great.  The staff was good.  The waiting area is fine.

Everything has been wonderful so far. They are very quick to answer any questions or concerns I have regarding my daughter. They are also available to get her a same day appointment if she needs anything. I am very happy with the treatment she has received there.

The doctors are very nice, and we were happy with our newborn baby checkups

I have had a good experience. They are in a convenient location and are small so it is usually easier to get appointments. The doctors are well informed.

We have been using them since our baby was born. They are informative, knowledgable, and each doctor is helpful and tender with the kids. Definitely recommend.

We are new to the area and wanted a pediatrician close to home. Both my kids have been in, one for a well check the other for pain that has been ongoing. Both our visits were scheduled quickly from our initial call. My daughter saw Dr. Rappaport for a well check. She spent lots of time getting to know her and our family. Our 2nd visit we saw Dr. T***, who also spent lots of time with us and her recommendation was spot on! I'm so glad that we found Town Pediatrics right off the bat. I feel really comfortable and confident that they can take care of my kids!

They are great. They have a very friendly environment. They love the kids and great availability. And all the doctors are very good. I love everything about them.

We've been going to Town Pediatrics since our kids were born (my oldest is 12). We absolutely LOVE Dr. Groeber (she's the reason we chose this practice above the others and continue to go there even though there are lots of pediatric doctors alot closer to us) and Dr. Rappaport is great too. They just recently added a male doctor, Dr. Whyte, to the staff which my older son was very happy about as he is at the age where we were about to switch him over to our GP so he could have a male doctor, but now we don't need to. I would totally recommend Town Pediatrics to anyone looking for a great pediatrician who really cares about the kids.

Both our children are patients of Town pediatrics and the wonderful doctors have seen them from the day they were born. All doctors are great with the children. It's a nice homely practice and we are able to get in the same day when really needed. They have saturday sick hours as well which is very convenient. We have recommended them to several friends.

The first time I went was for my 2 year-old's check-up. It went very well and the doctor was very friendly. He was very gentle and communicative. I was very satisfied.
The second time I went, I was even more satisfied because it was actually a walk-in appointment and they took me right in and resolved the issue. This doctor was awesome! she made puppets out of popsicle sticks and brought lollipops (with my permission of course), and really took extra measures to make the kids feel comfortable and reassured. I was surprised and obviously, very pleased.

I love their office and the Doctors do hospital rounds to make sure that their patients are seen even if they are not at the practice. It is mostly a practice of women who are moms and so they have experience with their own kids and are very professional. They are very busy, so sometimes there is a wait, but it's definitely worth it.

The physicians in this practice seem generally as competent as any of their peers. To their credit, phone calls were almost always returned by a physician on the same day. There were two major sticking points, though, about this practice. First, the practice itself (as a business) seemed poorly run in the year we went there. The schedule was always overbooked with wait times of an hour past appointment time not unusual. Second, an infant deemed to be gaining insufficiently was met with appropriate concern to the point of near alarm; however, any definitive follow-through in terms of establishing a root diagnosis and treatment was a complete fail. At times the medical advice was so obvious that we were already doing it, which made me wonder what kind of idiot I must have looked like. Perhaps this should not be terribly surprising in a pediatric practice, where the patient population is comprised primarily of healthy patients, or the sniffles.

Dr. Groeber was recommended to me by my OB nurse. Starting with her visit to see us in the hospital 4 years ago, everything has been great. She's thorough and patient with fussy kids and offers great advice. I also appreciated that she was very pro-nursing. The only issue I have had is that when we've needed to see someone right away and she wasn't available, the other doctors in her office were hit or miss. They were competent but seemed rushed and not as patient with cranky kids.
