Although it took a long time to schedule the work, it seemed to go well. However, there were warranty issues (water leaks), which I spent over 9 months trying to get Mr. Kolodziej to repair. He was very unresponsive and eventually told me that he decided to close his business. I will therefore have to hire another company to do the warranty repairs.
