 + -1 moreThey said it would take a week to come in. After a month, I contacted them to see if it was in. The salesperson I dealt with never got back to me, so I had to call the store manager to see if it was in. I tried to arrange a delivery date and again had to call a store manager to make that happen.
Description of Work: Ordered a door.

 + 0 moreI go to TW Perry on a regular basis, mostly for Stihl equipment maintenance/chainsaw chains filing. They have decent prices on lumber too. Tommy Hall in the Stihl shop is a great guy to deal with, a Leesburg old timer. I did rate professionalism as a C because the clerks in the main store aren't the most welcoming folks on the planet. But overall, I'll keep going there.
