Stockman Tile Escrow

I recently refinanced and the finance company wanted to use a different title company. I had used Stockman Title in the past and requested to use them instead. The other title company sent me papers with multiple errors and nearly twice the fee that Stockman charged. Stockman Title on the other hand was very professional and organized. Everything was in order. Mr Stockman was very pleasant to deal with and explained every line of the closing form and what every document to be signed was about. He provided copies of all of the paper work and made the entire closing experience very easy and pleasant. I have used them three times for closings now and will insist on using them again if the need arises.
