SMOOTH STROKES

Quality of work was outstanding. The cut work, lines along ceilings and different colors was perfect, the owner did that part of the job himself. They don't use sprayers and the work was neat with no spills or splashes. They do take their time with the job and they will not compromise quality by rushing the job. So they would not be a good choice if you're looking for a crew to come in and do a fast paint job where detail isn't very important.

The result was satisfactory but the service was terrible. I called to schedule an appointment in May. They said they would come in June but they never showed up. Each month, when I never heard from them, I had to call and ask when they would arrive. Each month they pushed it back one month. This went on for four months. They finally showed up in late September. My feeling was that they would not have come at all if I had not called them every month. The only explanation they gave was that they were really busy and had taken on too much work! I was hesitant to hire someone else in fear of running into the same problem.

ON MY CEILING REPAIR AND PAINTING, THEY MADE IT LOOK LIKE THE DRYWALL HAD NEVER NEEDED TO BE DONE. THEY KIND OF BEAT AT THEIR OWN DRUM, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK MAKES UP FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.
