Seneca Auto Body

This shop handled $7000 worth of damages from an insurance claim. The paint from the repairs did not match the original. Although the repairs are supposed to be covered as long as I own the vehicle, when I took it back to have them fix/match the paint they refused. Bottom line is this shop does poor work and does not stand by their word or guarantee.

This is actually my second visit to Seneca and with the way driving is in this area, likely not my last. Although I do hope not to be putting them on my Christmas card list - at least not any time soon :-) Unfortunately a bad Friday turned worse when a very nice person tapped my car as I was waiting for a garage arm to go up and she was looking for a badge, perhaps thinking I was moving. I initially hoped it was just the screw marks from her SUV on my 2007 Honda Civic, but the folks at Seneca pointed out this long crack that meant a new bumper was required. Since I just spent considerably more on some work to remedy a misfortune with a nasty parking garage pillar, I wanted to get it done. Also, you could push on the bumper and see that the integrity was compromised. In my case, they worked with the individual to arrange payment and because of the year of my car, they use a bumper that I forgot the term for, but makes good fiscal sense. I'll likely be going back at some point for some more and quot;aggressiveand quot; door dings, so might be working towards that holiday car :-)
They were efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and my car looks great. They were also convenient and, with my initial work, where I went to another shop (big, bright, waiting room, lots of staff) that was recommended and way out of my way, more reasonably priced.

We were in an accident which was our fault, so already the situation is a bad one, but despite this our experience with Seneca was remarkable. We weren't sure the sequence of events, how we would get the vehicle to Seneca, what and how insurance would cover the work on the car, etc. Ron helped walk us through everything, including handling all the towing arrangements, fixing the vehicle, and picking up my wife when the car was ready for pickup.
Throughout our experience, Ron was professional, courteous, and accurate on all the information he gave us. The car looked like new when we picked it up.
Seneca (Ron) took a miserable experience of dealing with an auto accident, and literally changed it into such a positive experience that left my wife and I smiling.
I don't recommend the accident... but I do highly recommend the repair at Seneca!

Seneca was a pleasure to work with!! From the estimate process - smooth and easy - to the drop off (night drop) to the high quality repair to the pickup ... they were great. We went out of town while the car was in the shop and Seneca keep us in the loop as the repair progressed - very pleasant people. After they removed the panel, they inspected the engine compartment and found no additional damage so they took the time to call us and let us know that fact. It was done a day early and when we picked it up - the inside was vacuumed (and maybe shampooed) and it looks like they buffed out a few other misc items on the car. We would recommend Seneca to others and if we need additional work (fingers crossed that we don't) we will give them some repeat business.

Staff was professional and punctual. Seneca handled our rental car scheduling. Two and a half day job was completed on-time. Vehicle exterior was detailed prior to pick-up. When everything was completed, there is no visible or hidden evidence that any damage and subsequent repair ever happened. Great job!

Seneca Auto Body are very professional. The work is done really well. We've had other things fixed there before. We keep going back. The pricing is good. They work very well with the insurance company and kind of take you out of the middle of all that, which is nice. They're good at what they do. There's a lot of auto body shops to choose from, but when you find one that you're comfortable with, it's nice.

Workmanship appears excellent. Only complaint is that work took two weeks. Partly my fault in the way I dealt with the insurance issue. But at the end they had car over a final week end because trim package did not include installation clips. Something that should not have waited until the last minute.

I came in to have the bulb replaced in a headlight. They finished quickly and efficiently and were very fair about the price, which just about covered the price of the bulb to them. I have used their services in the past and they were also very professional and fair.
