Renewal Therapies LLC delivers the highest quality and most professional Therapeutic Massage and Reiki Healing. Being Board and State Certified through the Virginia Board State of Nursing allows my massages to be like no other massage you've had before. I believe in intently listening to each client every time they enter the studio. While using trigger point therapy, deep tissue manipulation, neuromuscular therapy, isolated stretching and myofascial release I can make you start to feel like new. With each visit I plan out stretches you can do at home as well as addressing things to change in your daily life that will stop the issue from happening again.
