THE FIRST TIME I EXPRESSED INTEREST, THEY FEDEXED ME A VERY PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT. I KNOW REAL ESTATE, AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE CONTRACT. I GOT COMPARABLES FROM 2 REAL ESTATE AGENTS, AND FELT THAT THE OFFER WAS VERY FAIR. THAT TIME I DECIDED NOT TO ACCEPT. SEVERAL MONTHS LATER THEY SENT ME A SECOND OFFER ($15,000 HIGHER). I AM CURRENTLY PLAYING TELEPHONE TAG WITH THEM TO TELL THEM I ACCEPT THEIR SECOND OFFER. I'M SORRY THAT I CAN'T REPORT THE FINAL OUTCOME, AS THE DEADLINE FOR THIS REPORT IS YESTERDAY!
