PLUMB CRAZY INC

This was not the 1st time we've used Plumb Crazy and definitely won't be the last. We contacted them (this time) about an issue we were having with a basement toilet. Plumb Crazy arrived on-time and we were pleased to see familiar faces - Daniel & Tony!! They quickly diagnosed the issue and narrowed it down to a clogged grinder pump. They took care of business and had the pump working in under 30 minutes. I also asked them to rebuild one of the toilets that hadn't been serviced in over 10 years. These guys were efficient and diligent about the quality of their work. Can't recommend Daniel, Tony & Plumb Crazy enough. These guys transform bad situations into great experiences!!

W e are beyond happy with the service provided with Plumb Crazy. They are knowledgeable and highly qualified. I would highly recommend them.

Daniel came in and quoted $529 to fix leaking water pressure valve. With a part that costs no more than $49, I assumed this would be a labor extensive job. Took 45 minutes, that is an estimated labor rate of $640 AN HOUR. This company quoted worst case scenario and then when it takes much less time pockets the difference. Even a car dealership when an engine light comes on doesnt charge you worst case (a new engine) and will only charge you labor for the work that is performed. Beware......

Very good service; the company was prompt at calling me back when I put in an appointment request online and service was scheduled within two days. The appointment was right on time in the provided window. Daniel reviewed the scope of work and provided pricing up front before doing anything. The work was completed quickly and a warranty on the repairs was provided, as well as suggestions for some other things to address down the road. Would definitely hire again.

I was surprised when they were able to work us in and come quickly. I felt the disposer was the problem, but they said the disposer would last for several years more. Then they turned it on and it was so LOUD, they understood why I wanted a different one. They also thought that the drainpipes were so small, they could not efficiently carry the waste out. I was very pleased with the work, professionalism, promptness, and that they didn't try to oversell.

Very well. They showed up at the start of their window and were done inside 2 hours. They hauled away the older unit and added a drain pan and water alarm. A bit costly compared to work I've had done in the past, but they were professional and timely.

They were able to find only partial parts for the old shower. Replaced with a new system and I love it.

Of all the service companies I have worked with, Plumb Crazy is my favorite. Scott Smith is very good at communicating, tries to save me money, and I trust him implicitly. He and Daniel approach plumbing problems like detectives, and they will work until they find the best solution that's within my budget. This company is gold to me; as a single woman homeowner I have had some very bad experiences with service companies over the years, but Plumb Crazy has been A+++ from the first visit. Prompt response by phone and text. The best.

Plumb Crazy was able to send the technician we asked for--Daniel--just two days after we contacted them to line up the job. Daniel is a knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly young man. He reviewed the work we wanted and explained all the steps. Unlike other plumbing companies we have used, Daniel never tried to upsell or recommend unnecessary work. He finished in a timely manner and showed me the completed work. We have used Plumb Crazy in past as well, and we will be sure to call them again. We highly recommend this company.

They squeezed me in qucikly, and kept me informed through the whole process. Work was completed promptly, and everything was cleaned up.

They were very helpful and courteous on the phone. We had never used them before and they had someone out to us in less than two hours. Technician was very professional and did a great job.

Daniel was professional, hardworking, honest, and thorough. Plumb Crazy helped us when we had an emergency with a leaking faucet, and when we have had routine maintenance. I highly recommend them!

Our sink seems to clog on an annual basis. We decided to bring in a third plumber for his opinion. He too was unable to find a specific reason why the sink continually gets clogged. He recommends a service that larger plumbing companies can perform. Daniel performed a routine snake to unclog the blockage. He was very polite, friendly, and punctual. The main issue we had was the price. Plumb Crazy charged approximately 60% more than our normal plumber. We will not use them again at that price.

Dan from Plumb Crazy came out the same day I called and within the specified time I was given. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and when he got here he quickly assessed both jobs, quoted me the final price and got right to work. Being a curious guy I watched over Dan's shoulder trying to pick up some tips, Dan was friendly , knowledgeable and more than willing to give me some pointers. He made quick work of both jobs, and they were completed without issue the very first time. Dan had no problem honoring the coupon I found on Angie's List and I even got a small break in addition due to the nature of both jobs. All in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Plumb Crazy and especially Dan. One of the best experiences I have had with a service tech in a long time. Thanks again Dan!
