Basically Hillsboroug, hired by Patriot, butchered my upper deck, caused a leak in my living room ceiling which cannot be repaired until the deck is re-done by a certified Dura-dek professional. Patriot basically does not and has not done regular checks on the buildings (condos) therefore, the decks are failing. They collect the money, go to meetings, and stay on their computers all day. Every vendor sent to my condo does sloppy work or does not know how to perform the job. Repairs or maintenance I request does not get done, it's expensive, it's dangerous, or some other BS excuse. Patriot are the worst management company I have ever dealt with in this area. Move,if you can, if they come to your community!

READ all of their horrible reviews online! This company is terrible. Any good review on here about Patriot Properties is written by their staff. This is the most horrible group of people. Cathy Dana and Jason Diemers are the worst managers and don't care about their tenants at all. They write their lease in a way that no one will ever get their needs met! you won't get any bug control help, you have to pay that out of pocket. They take a ridiculously huge security deposit and then rent you the apartment/condo AS IS and won't fix anything. Then, when you move out, they make you pay for all the repairs that the previous tenant left over and you had to live with. You would be stupid not to read all the horrible reviews online

I've been a client of Partiot Properties for 10 years or more. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful work Patriot Properties has done managing my properties. I'm always consulted for my decision on important matters, but I'm not bothered with day-to-day affairs. Repairs and maintenance requirements are handled quickly, are reasonable, and are cost effective. The tenants Patriot Properties finds for my units usually renew for multiple years, thus saving me addition funds by keeping my units rented continuously. The people at Patriot Properties are the BEST property managers in Northern Virginia!
