The customer service is wonderful with Nichols Appliance Center. They came out within 24 hours of my call. It took a total of 40 minutes for everything. The repairman said the washer would need to be replaced soon but what he did to fix it would hold it for awhile so he saved me from purchasing a new one. I would highly recommend them.
