First visit left a lot to be desired and several areas not cleaned very well. Owner was responsive and agreed to send a team to home for follow up and thorough cleaning at no charge two weeks later. I intentionally did not clean the areas missed the first time and made particular note of some routine things that needed attention. The second visit went as bad. chest in bedroom and night stand not dusted at all. Kitchen floor had tea stains remaining after first and second visit. Bathrooms were cleaned well and kitchen counter tops sparkled. Dining room looked and smelled clean. Overall very disappointed and service was terminated.

The estimate was for 168 dollars but they wanted to charge me 268 after the cleaned. However they did even complete the list I had created.

THEY DIDN'T CLEAN THE ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY CAME BACK A SECOND TIME AND I WAS STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. WHEN I CALLED TO GET AN EXACT LIST OF WHAT DUTIES THEY WOULD PERFORM, THEY CANCELLED MY SERVICE.
