Mattresses
Where do I begin. The first bed that they sold us (an Eclipse International Monterey) had a collapsed side, we noticed within minutes of putting it in the room. We immediately phoned the store and where told that it is state regulation that they are not allowed to take beds back. We were told to call the corporate office or the manufacturer. The corporate office allowed us to take it back and we received another one. The second one was worse than the first. It was almost like they had different beds as floor models compared what they were giving to me. The one on the floor was firm and taught, the one I received was like sleeping on a 25 year old bed. It sags in the middle and my body actually sinks so much into the bed that I am touching the underside. They have made the return policy so difficult that I just gave up. I will never purchase a bed there again.
