Lowe's is a sub-contractor to someone else but the roof is from Lowe's

The washer and dryer were initially purchased online showing there was inventory available. They charged my card, emailed confirmation the delivery would be the next day. Then I received notification my order was cancelled, they did not transfer the order to another location, but instead I had to reorder and begin the process all over, again.
