The service was very poor. Lack of knowledge by the technician doing the work. The repair did not work and gave recommendation of buying a new furnace.

We determined our heat pump was not functioning properly at 9 am on a Saturday morning. Larry immediately picked up and said he could be over same day. Although he could not immediately fix the root cause as it required a replacement of a specialized part, he was able to restore the heat pump to functioning with basic heat. His fee was quite reasonable and his knowledge and expertise showed in his approach. I liked the fact that I was dealing with the owner of the company. He was honest and upfront about the nature of the problem and had our part installed and working great within 48hrs. I would highly recommend his services and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Sunday morning we realized that our AC had stopped working.  We immediately got on Angie's List and called 4 different A-rated repair companies. Two never called us back, one called back 5 hours later, and Mr Porch of Loudoun Air Conditioning & Heating actually answered his phone.  He was on another job but he took our info and came to our house right afterwards.  He did a quick diagnostic and determined that we had a bad capacitor.  Unfortunately he didn't have anymore of that model on his truck but he could get one the next day.  He set an appointment with us for first thing the next morning (Monday) and he showed up on time and fixed the problem in about ten minutes, and apologized that it took so long to get done...  Mr Porch was very professional and friendly, he was straight with us, his prices are very fair, and he was funny.  If we ever have problems in the future, this is the only place we're going to call!!

Mr.Porch, is great at his job. He came in and gave me a price to do the work. I oked the price and he ordered the parts. He called me and told me when they would be in and we set the install date at that time. When the day came to install it he was on time and work diligently to finish the work. I will be using him for all of our refrigeration needs. No BS from him, just and honest and straight  forward price for the work and then does what he says. More company should be run like this. I only wish he did roofing and remodeling.
