We had such a great experience with Loudon Home Consulting!! They were not only great organizers, but the team was very client-oriented, caring, and compassionate--exactly the qualities one would want when helping older family members downsizing their household items. We also appreciated their proactive communication, easy scheduling, and thoughtfulness in assigning consistent team members (as we arranged multiple sessions). Excellent company--I would absolutely hire them for future organizing needs, and especially for those looking for help with senior downsizing!

I have NEVER been disappointed with any time the LHC team has reported for work. Whatever goals I set for the time they are here, the work gets done...and better to benchmark I could have set. All team members are pleasant and understand the emotional issues associated with letting go.

My mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness.  I had to move her entire household goods as she was in rental.  I contacted Loudoun Home Consulting at the last minute and Janet was very accommodating.  The staff provided that did the packing were nothing less than stellar!  There compassion towards our family due to the circumstances was evident in how they handled my mother's affects and how they packed everything so perfectly and carefully.  The staff were well experienced and even provided recommendations/advice whenever I was about to throw something away that either may have been valuable and/or sentimental.  I was amazed that the team stayed until the entire house was packed.  They could have come back another day and I could have been charged even more; however, it was approximately 11PM when they stopped---considering they started at 8:30AM that morning!!

The movers were also very professional and very courteous. 

I would recommend this company without reservation and I will also use them again if needed.  This company sets the bench-mark for the category of business it is in and is the epitome of excellence relevant to customer service, personal organization, moving, packing, compassion--everything.  What is even more astounding is the real passion the staff have for the work they do.
