Everyone at Loudoun Garage Door was very professional and nice to work with. Dawn helped us choose the style and color that we liked and that were acceptable to our HOA, and helped us decide on the level of insulation we wanted, and the features we wanted in the opener. We are so thrilled with our new garage door. It looks beautiful, and works perfectly - a lot quieter than the old door, too!

He was punctual and polite. Discovered the problem quickly and went above and beyond to make sure it was working. I would highly recommend this company!!!

They suggested a strut to fix the sag, and I was able to perform the install myself in 10 minutes and it fixed the problem. They offered all the install steps in person at their store, including hardware.

Our garage door opener was not working. They came out and diagnosed the problem (some stripped electrical wires leading into the opener unit), fixed it, and advised us on periodically greasing the garage door rollers.

Fantastic! Incredibly prompt. They were at our house within an hour and a half from the time we called. Our technician was very nice and repaired the spring quickly. We will definitely use them in the future.

The technician arrived as scheduled and did a great job in repairing the garage door spring.  He was quite knowledgeable and gave us good tips for the future.  This is the second time we have used Loudoun Garage Door and would not hesitate to used them again.

Great. Showed up quickly, installed expertly.  New motor and guide works great after 60 days.  This is their third visit in the past 7 years to fix or replace cheap door lifters installed by the builder.  Loudoun Garage has always been able to respond quickly and do good work at a fair price. Integrity and competency. What else do you need in a contractor?  It true that the belt drive is much much quieter and smoother than chain drive.

They were prompt with their service and taking the call. They got someone out there the day that we called them. They did a good service. It was a straightforward visit.

Called 11/14 for a garage door stuck in the closed position. Service call scheduled for 11/15...Dwight was on time and completed the work in less than one hour. Courteous and professional, he installed the set of torsion springs and tested the operation of the door as he completed the work. The price was quoted in advance as 'worst case' quote along with quotes for other possible problems. Very satisfied with the work and will use them again if needed.

Well, but the cost increased as they added new things they said I needed. Most probably they were needed, but they did not give me a good rate on the additional pricing. At least that is what I think. But overall, the job they did was good.

Loudoun Garage Door, Inc.  are amazing.  I started this process in August.  The team provided several estimates (at least five), including the  Multiple door style and insulation level, along with the motor.  The ladies never pressured me to provide additional "up charges" like those other guys.  I even went to their physical location in Leesburg ~ twice and they were as nice as could be and had patience of a Saint!  My main reasons for going to Loudoun Garage Door are because they are a local establishment, with fair pricing, and wonderful service.
