We had both my car and my wife's car worked on. It's very easy to get an appointment. The staff always explain things very well and the price is very reasonable.

The wait depends on how many people are waiting. The end of the month is a longer wait.

The service is good. It is easy to schedule the appointment by phone call or email and they are very responsive. They have upgraded the waiting room in the last year. It is large and comfortable. They have magazines, coffee, and a television. My only complaint is their receipts are not very detailed in regards to what work they did.

My experience went well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was a little high but I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

I hadn't brought my car in for the frequent checkups recommended by the manufacturer, for a total of 55,000 miles gone by since the last checkup. I'm averse to auto dealers but I've brought more than one car to this dealer service shop.
Scheduling is easily done online, and there are hours that work for people with 9-5 jobs as well as a shuttle that will take you much farther than most places. My service manager was, as has been my experience in the past, a good communicator and has the time available to listen as well as explain.
No more was done than was necessary... I didn't get any arguments about changing my own oil or air filter, and while I feared that a full tune-up would be recommended, they really suggested very little work. That builds trust that I won't be pressured into unnecessary work in the future.
You do pay dealership prices for all parts and labor involved, which is a drawback.

The SM was very professional this time... a different person than I have dealt with a few years ago. I had done my research and reviewed what needed to be done on the vehicle at about 100,000 miles. Brought the vehicle in for estimate. Pros: Estimate was very reasonable. She was upfront about things that did *not* need to be done, or need to be done yet. I really appreciated that. Cons: Once I gave the go-ahead, the SM called my wife with additional "issues" that could be addressed today. When I called back for details, and pressed (I am fairly knowledgeable about car repair), the SM agreed that these were not significant problems, or were problems that I could easily address on my own at less cost. I had also pointed out the the vehicle just past inspection, and that one of the items she was referring to would have caused a "fail". She agreed, but insinuated that the inspector may not have been thorough. Interesting. Not really an issue... they are a business after all, but for those less savvy, this could result in a whopping unexpected service bill that was not needed. The major issue to me was that after we picked up the vehicle and drove it home, I popped open the hood to see what was done and to check that everything looked ok. Within 2 minutes, I noticed that there was a shiny hole where a bolt used to be on a part that was removed to replace the timing belt. In addition, the ground cable that was supposed to be connected there was drooping down and hanging precariously close to the serpentine belt (that was just replaced). This could have gotten caught and damaged the belt and who knows what else. I drove it back to the dealer, popped the hood and showed this to the SM (different one). He was very apologetic and asked me to wait while they took care of it, which they did promptly. Afterwards, he apologized again... told me that my car was actually worked on by one of their better techs, and it was surprising they made this mistake. He also said "he topped off my fluids". This is nonsense... since I maintain the vehicle carefully. The big issue is the lack of attention to detail. I asked if he had torqued the bolts on the plate that was removed to replace the timing belt...since it seemed he was in a big hurry and missed these other details. I was assured he had... I am not sure that is true honestly. Lastly, I asked for the replaced parts to be returned to me, which is an option at this dealer. They conveniently forgot about this, but it looks like from what I can actually see... they did everything they said they would. I am left with mixed feelings.

We brought our 1996 Toyota Camry in to check for and repair an oil leak. One day later, they called to say the leak had been fixed and we picked it up for a charge of approximately $500. Several days later, we brought the car back noting that the leak had not been fixed. They said they would send the car to have the motor washed so they could accurately find the source of the leak
and fix it. We were called and told it had been fixed and we picked the car up. This repair trip cost another $500+. We brought the car back several days later and reported that the oil leak had NOT been fixed and they said they would look at it again and this repair would cost another $500 (approximately). Blew my top - asked for a manager who (not available?) did not provide any satisfaction and stuck to the price rather than taking the car back and fixing it for the $1000 already paid. Drove away without giving them the car vowing never to use Leesburg Toyota again and to possibly report this on Angie's List which I am now doing .

Brittany was very thorough in showing us how all of the buttons worked, and was really very knowledgeable of the car considering that Toyota has nearly 20 different models. She took our offer to the sales manager and we received an acceptance within 5 minutes with no further negotiating. When the car was ready for us to take home, she again was thorough in explaining all of the car's features. Her honesty creates confidence in the dealership that is rarely there in shopping for a new car. I have had the car in for the first check-up and I have no complaints about the service dept. Everyone treats you well.
In addition, I tried to buy a car from this dealer 6 years ago and we never came close to meeting an agreed upon price for a new car so I left. Something has changed.

They were OK. They replaced a sensor which was under a recall. I took the car home and was still having a problem with the engine light being on in my car. I had to bring it back and they then discovered the gas line had been torn (or chewed on by animals ! Country living!!) . Again I had to leave the car for repair. It was a bit pricey. I have heard all dealership repairs are. I was mostly upset that I had to leave my car 2x's for days. It would have been better if they had taken care of both problems at once

Toyota is always great. They ask you many questions, they follow up, they do a great job and they all work as a tight team.
I love them. I have bought 2 Priuses from them. I drove the first one into the ground. It lasted 13 years and still looked great when I kissed it goodbye.

They were able to tell me what part number I needed and get it ordered for me. It was quick and easy and I was surprised by how inexpensive it turned out to be. I will use this dealership again and again!

Not great. Would only show me a few of certified used. Really was only interested in getting me in a new Camry.
I had bought my old 1995 Camry from that dealership and had a wonderful experience.

I purchased a new car from them on May 23, 2013. On this day, I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire running over some porcelain in the travel lanes. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and got my spare tire put on immediately. Then I called the dealership to arrange for a new tire since I purchased the lifetime tire and wheel protection. I was told to come on up immediately. When I got there, my new tire was put on free-of-charge within 25 minutes. I was in and out in NO TIME.

They are local and do a good job. They have over night service so I do not have to be without my car during the day. I can drop in off in the evening when I don't need it and pick it up in the morning so that I can have it for the next day which is pretty good. They work hard on my vehicle and call promptly to tell me what they have found when my car has been in there for a service. They are fair and decent with their pricing. They give me a discount if there is something to be done and always work hard to give me some sort of break. I would not go back to them for the past seven years if I did not like their customer service. I am not sure about their pricing since I haven't used anyone else in the last ten years but at the same time I do not think that they are outrageous. If I thought that their pricing was higher or if I thought it was weird I probably would have tried someplace else. They are responsive when I say that there is a problem and they check into it. They try whatever they can with the noise of my car since I always have an issue with it. They are pretty good and even have women service managers. It is just not men there to deal with women. I haven't had any problems with them so far.

They get it right the first time. They are usually pretty professional. I work with one of the service technicians and I make appointments through her. You drop it off at night and you get it back the next day. They work very quickly.

Sales person provided a page long list of cars that I could choose from for the negotiated price. I chose one, and they promised to get that car from another dealership. First try - wrong car arrived, without many of the options I had chosen. Second try - again not the car I ordered - many options missing. Parts manager attempted to get me to accept the car, since this dealership had added an option onsite.
Sales manager arrived, told me they could not sell me the car I ordered at the negotiated price. We renegotiated a somewhat higher price. two weeks later the car arrived with the options as ordered. Mix up or bait and switch? We'll never know, but I did not like the accepting the order, then subsequently telling me we had to renegotiate a higher price.
