We signed the contract in July 2020 with the promise they could start right away. We paid the deposit picked our colors and it went down hill from there. They tasked my husband with getting the permits because it would be cheaper and proceeded to get approval from the wrong HOA. We had just gotten new air conditioning units and they said they would cover the units they did not. They tore our old deck down and did not return for three months. When they were digging to install the deck they hit our internet and took it out. We were told our first choice of colors was back ordered so we went with our second choice, which they claimed was delayed again. They failed to get enough material to complete the deck which resulted in another delay. Our neighbors complained about their workers it was very embarrassing. We agreed to a herring bone pattern, which they did not do and it had to be redone resulting in more delays. When the inspector came from the county the had installed the rails incorrectly. When they were supposedly finished the deck had too much give, the rails were loose, all the exterior was not covered in white and there were various touch ups needed and construction debris all over our yard. Oscar came by with some story he needed to pay his workers and there was one day of work left and could we pay the remainder of our balance. We refused he sent some other guy to mediate who’s said he would be done in a day. Three days later the deck was done. Don’t do business with this company. It took them 8 months to complete the deck, they used cheap materials, the workmanship was shoddy and we over paid.

I had a leak from the torrential rains this summer. I called and Oscar sent John to my home right away. I was fearful since it was an older roof, that it could be a very expensive repair. John immediately assessed the problem which while serious, was not a roof replacement. They fixed it and was always responsive to calls or emails. I will use them again in the future.

Last Call Interiors saved my sanity and corrected a problem that my condo association failed at every level to appropriately correct. Vendors were sent by association to check my attic but NONE of these vendors checked the roof as I had asked initially. Because of the wind storms earlier in the spring, I thought it would be a good idea to begin w/ the roof. That check was never done until I contacted Last Call Interiors!! The other vendors had different opinions as to the origin of the leak but no resolution. This fiasco went on from late March until I contacted Last Call Interiors in August. Oscar, the owner, and his technicians, John and Alex were timely, professional, knowledgeable and they checked the roof!!! The water was entering due to a cap missing on a vent stack.The repair was done within the week of contacting Last Call Interiors after enduring a wet wall and incompetence the entire summer! Last Call Interiors was also as booked as many of the local roofers, but they made time to check & resolve my issue. I would hire them for a job in a heart beat over any of the incompetent, too busy, and unprofessional vendors contacted initially. Last Call Interiors is such an appropriate name; a call to this team of professionals will be the only call you need to make!! Thank you Last Call Interiors!!!

Last Call Exteriors was very responsive and knowledgeable. The crew was respectful of our space and worked quickly. Unfortunately there were scheduling issues. The crew had to be called back to fix some issues in the next few days, but they were remedied quickly. Overall the quality of their work was good. The owner, Oscar, is a pleasure to work with.

Last Call Exteriors (contractor) did an excellent job. Our roof was damaged as a result of a severe wind storm. The contractor met with the insurance adjuster on site and actually got up on the roof to inspect with the adjuster. The contractor met with us and discussed (showed us) various shingle options, colors, alternatives and prices. Pricing was contingent on the grade and quality of shingles we selected. We selected a high grade, architectural shingle. The contractor ordered the materials in advance and delivered to the work site. The work crew was punctual, courteous and professional. The removal of the existing roof was performed efficiently and in consonance with the installation of the new roof. Daily, the crew cleaned-up the work site and consolidated the materials for the next day before leaving. The contractor answered any questions we had responsively throughout the process and made frequent checks on the work quality. The roof installers wore safety harnesses while on the roof. Final payment was made after all work was completed to our satisfaction and in accordance with our written contract. I would definitely use Last Call Exteriors again!

Oscar and his team were amazing! I needed a job done quickly for a home inspection repair. Oscar worked me in for an estimate and his team came 2 days later. The work was excellent and his crew was incredibly professional and friendly. The price was very very reasonable.
