Took my watch in for a replacement battery. Done while I waited, pricing was fair, service was quick even though there were other customers in the shop.
I also had a bracelet shortened in length. Salesperson went over the details with me, did the work while I waited, took only a few minutes.
Staff is always friendly and professional. And very helpful.
