JD did and his crew did an amazing job! Our house is a 1973 brick rambler that has needed a lot of updating. We has two rooms at the back of the house that we wanted joined into one big master bedroom and a hall bath that needed completely redone. We had a tiny bathroom off our old master bedroom of a single sink, toilet and shower which had us tripping over each other. We wanted a big master bath with a Jacuzzi, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The outside walls were not moving so we had to optimize the use of the space we had within those parameters. The job required all the back of the house to be gutted and rebuilt. It was quite a messy job as was expected. We moved downstairs to the family room and the only bathroom left in the house. The team was there every single work day, on time and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 27 days. I was amazed! They always were polite and diligent. They were sensitive to my discomfort with everything being in disarray. Sammy and crew always left my house orderly as it could be under the circumstances. They protected all my wood floors too.They were willing at any time to work with the minor changes that come with taking on such a huge job. JD offered several suggestions that we had not thought of but added a unique touch to our master suite. The end result was perfect! I have not had to call him back to fix any issues. The job was done flawlessly, on time and with such pride and integrity in his end product that we can highly recommend him for any home remodeling without a moments hesitation. We have not found anything that was done by his company that has been less than perfect. I wished I had had them install crown molding in the master bath, but not doing that was our decision at the time. His price was fair and comparative to other estimates we got. He was our 4th estimate and we were sold on him doing our job. He presents himself as a honest man of integrity and our gut told us he was the one to do our job.

All we can say is "wow." We had water damage to our interior ceiling that left our drywall stained and cracked. The team that came out to do the work was very professional and did a great job. While the ceiling was open for the repair, they discovered an area of ceiling that wasn't properly supported - they were sure to alert us and they put the ceiling back even better than it was before. Not only that, but the builder who did this house did a sloppy job on the ceiling - JDs guys scraped off every imperfection and painted our entire ceiling with clean lines and no visible brush strokes. They were very careful to cover everything, moved the furniture for us, and cleaned up after they were done. They worked long hours to make sure they did the job right and we are so glad we had them help us. Highly recommended!

The project went well. JD's two workers Sammy and Jose were excellent. They were very friendly, hard workers and the most important thing, was that they cleaned up everyday after they were finished. Nothing was left just laying around. The only thing that I would have changed is the type of floor that I picked out. We have a pool and if you come up wet, the water does not absorb into the flooring, it kind of puddles until it disappears. Other than that, there were no problems. I had to call JD when a piece of molding popped off, he responded very quickly and the problem was resolved. Just the other day I told him that the roof was leaking from a previous leak that was there, he got right back to me and had a roofer over to inspect the leak in a matter of days. The roofer was able to fix the problem right then and there.

JD Construction LLC was professional and out of three estimates, they provided the best quality work for the price. The workers were professional and timely. The work was finished on time as promised. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to others and definitely use them again in the future.
