I have used this company for about a year now. They do a nice job each time that they come out. They are very thorough and efficient especially Candi the main worker and I definitely do enjoy speaking with her as well. However, they are a small company and sometimes they are unable to do the work that I need done because they are booked. I would also say that they could inform me slightly sooner if they are going to be late or unable to do work for me on the scheduled date. But overall, I am happy with this company and I would recommend them to others.

This time was regular cleaning. A month ago they did a deep cleaning and did an amazing job. I will continue to use them for regular cleanings. They are very easy to work with.

We have used Juan and his team for well over two years, and we continue to be delighted with the service provided.
They offer consistent, detailed and thorough cleaning weekly in our home. They are always polite, professional, organized, punctual ~ we cannot find enough good things to say! Juan is flexible, accomodating, always kind, thoughtful and helpful. We feel they are now a part of our family and cannot imagine trusting anyone esle to do this work; they have spoiled us!

Juan is the best! Very meticulous and detail oriented. We recently moved into a home that needed a deep clean. He and his team went room by room and cleaned everything from top to bottom including wiping each of the metal tines in our closet as well as the ceiling fans. I was most impressed that he changed the filters. Great guy and great team. Worth the money especially if you are moving into a home.

JC cleaning is the best cleaning service we ever had. They are punctual, efficient and very detail-oriented. I cannot say enough good things about them. Though their price is not the best on the market, i believe you will find out it worth it. I would recommend JC cleaning service.

I can't say enough good words about JC Cleaning Service and its owner Mr. Salinas. We just moved to our new home and were looking for a cleaning service. After checking on the Angie's List, and interviewing many service providers, I decided to use JC Cleaning Service for two reasons: their thoroughness and responsiveness. Mr. Salinas has a great passion for his work and pays attention to every detail. After he and his team came to do the initial cleaning, every part of our home looks shiny and clean. They didn't use much chemical stuff, but cleaned very well. They did a wonderful job! I used many cleaning services before and found JC Cleaning Service to be the best!!! Their price is a little higher than others, but it is worth every penny of it. I decided to hire them for monthly cleaning services because Mr. Salinas is very pleasant to work with and their work is just excellent!!!

Wonderful cleaning company, I highly recommend. The owner is amazing and very kind. My house sparkles. They go above and beyond. As an example, I had air filters sitting upstairs for my husband to replace and the owner of the cleaning service replaced them and threw the old ones out. Just little details like that show they care.
The price is kind of expensive as I received other quotes for $90 but the other companies just and quot;surface cleanand quot;.
Also, if there's something missed you only have to tell them one time, going forward it's never missed again which is really nice.

Juan and his team are WONDERFUL! We have had challenging experiences with other cleaning services in the past, and JC Cleaning has far surpassed our expectations. Juan is polite, punctual and very efficient. He arrives with the team each visit and oversees that everything is cleaned to his high expectations. After each visit he asks for our feedback or any areas we'd like cleaned differently. I'm usually at home when the team is cleaning and they are always very respectful of the family activities (i.e. baby napping, etc.). Juan and his team work hard to provide the best value. I would highly recommend JC Cleaning to anyone!!!!

I found Juan and Carola last fall to do an entire house cleaning after a summer of construction. They were fantastic, so much so that I could not pass by the opportunity to have them come regularly. Juan and his colleagues come every two weeks and perform a whole house cleaning for $170. This is slightly more than I was paying for my former service, but where my former service did a and quot;surface cleanand quot;, JC Cleaning actually really cleans, so it is more than worth the added dollars. They are truly excellent and pay attention to every single detail. The house looks spotless. They catch things I never even notice and not only clean but organize my usual mess.
On a couple of occasions, I have asked them to clean the fridge and the over (for an additional nominal fee, around $30) and that work was great, as well. They have always been on time and the quality does not change at all week to week, perhaps because, Juan, the co-owner, comes and makes sure everything is done very well. I highly recommend them.

I have used JC Cleaning Service for several months and each time they come to my house their service gets better and better. Their attention to details is amazing. The most impressive part of their service is that they communicate after each job and are always asking if there is anything the can do to make the service better. I am so impressed by the way they take care of the little things, like cleaning the microwave and and keeping the baseboards clean. I have used several other cleaning companies in the past and they always start out doing a good job, but as time goes on, the details get overlooked and things get missed. I have not found this to be the case with JC Cleaning Service. I highly recommend JC Cleaning to anyone who wants a professional company that does a terrific job each and every time. Thank you Juan and Carola for making me a happy person every other Wednesday!!

We cannot say enough about what an excellent job they have done for us each and everytime. Juan begins each cleaning visit by asking that we please let him know of any problems or concerns with his service so that he may correct it. We have never encountered a service provider with such a proactive approach to his work. Joan and each of his assistants are very detail oriented, efficient and respectful. They have never broken anything, and they treat our pets and familiy members with courtesy and respect. They leave our home in great shape; we have never been disastified with any of the work they have performed. We find JC Cleaning to be the best group we have ever hired to work in our home, and would highly recommend their work to anyone.

Carola's crew were on time and friendly. They came in and did a thorough cleaning of four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, hallways, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast, utility room, and our storage shed. Our oven became spotless. Our upstairs carpeted areas were vacuumed well, and our downstairs wood floor sparkles. We were overwhelmed by the excellent work. Both owners, Carola and Juan, came over today (the day after the service) to inspect the work and to hear our evaluation. We could not have praised the work more.

"With all due respect I found this report very inaccurate and I wish I would had known you were dissatisfied. We have a policy to make it right if you give us the opportunity but your mom gave us the impression that everything was perfect! She was the one who hired us and then walked through reviewing our work thoroughly. She was very impressed with the before and after results on everything. Specially impressed with the cabinetry in the kitchen. Juan my husband, after one hour of scrubbing the shower floor, showed your mom there was nothing else to do and she agreed that the floor was just rusted but looked much better than before. You said you paid more than the estimate and that is also not correct, I estimated the house cleaning for $280, the refrigerator (inside and out) for $50 and the washer machine(inside and out) for $40 and that is exactly what you paid ($370 total) but in addition we also washed and sanitized your drier machine as a courtesy to you. You said the work was schedule within a week, your mom called me on Wednesday I met her the same day, gave her the estimate and we cleaned your house the next day because you were going to move in that weekend. And we wanted to have it totally cleaned and sanitized for you before you move in. You said bathrooms and kitchen were not clean. I am in shock and been calling you for two days to ask you what exactly are you talking about. Your mom, once again, was happy, thankful, impressed and asking questions about what kind of products do we use to leave things so clean, and she, not only took her time to walk around and review our work, but also my husband was showing her one by one, things they did around the house. Member we are a company very dedicated to detail and care so much about having our customers happy. We understand we are only humans and we can make mistakes and that is why we always ask our clients if everything is good or if there is anything else we can do to make them happier. And that is what we did with your mom, and she was happy with our service but everybody's perspective is different. When you got home and you found something that you didn't like, I wish you would had called me and I would had sent you a crew right there to redo anything! Unfortunately we never met but I am sure all this could have been avoided with just one call. Like I said I left you messages and also I left messages in your mom's cell phone trying to find answers but nobody is responding. Please give me a call or send me an email. JC Cleaning has been sending a two-man crew to my home every other week for the last 6 months, and I've been very impressed with their services. They are reliable and professional, and they do a great job cleaning. This is a small, family owned business, and they really care about the quality of their work and providing a good service to their customers. The owners are also just nice, personable folks, and I have found them very easy to work with.
I've previously had housecleaning services in the NOVA area from one of the big corporate services (maidbright) and also a small business, and JC Cleaning is significantly better than both. WIth my previous experience, the large company had great quality for a few visits, then the cleaning got steadily less thorough. The small company had decent quality but was very difficult to deal with from a scheduling/reliability/responding to email perspective. I don't have either of these problems with JC Cleaning - the quality of the cleaning has been consistently good and their communication and scheduling have also been handled well, even when I've requested to change from my and quot;regularand quot; scheduled day.
JC Cleaning really goes the extra mile. I work at home and am on conference calls and email all day long. Though it is naturally somewhat disruptive when I have any contractor in the house, JC works with me to do all the cleaning upstairs first, then I move upstairs and continue with my work while they clean downstairs. They do try very hard to avoid disrupting my work, and I appreciate the consideration. They also frequently check in with me to make sure that I am satisfied with their services, and ask if there's anything they can do better or differently. I've recommended them to several of my friends in the area, and I would absolutely recommend them to you. Give them a try! You won't be sorry :)

I have been using JC Cleaning Service for a few years and I have always been extremely happy with their work ethic and they always do a wonderful job. I can trust them and I have recommended their service to everyone who has asked me if I knew anybody and they have always thanked me for referring such a great company they will really clean and you can inmediately tell that they are EXPERTS at what they do. I can guarantee that anybody who gets their service will be completely AMAZED to see that they will really serve down to the last detail as they promise!!! I am a pet owner and they are always making sure that their products will not be harmful to my pet. Last year before Christmas, I needed extra help because I had my family coming over to visit and they did a FANTASTIC job, Carola was very helpful and adjusted their schedule to my urgent need which I can imagine might be extremely dificult to do during the holiday season, I thanked her so much for taking my request into consideration and making sure that her crew would be there on time as planned. If you happen to have very high standards when it comes to cleaning... they will completely take care of it for you, they are not just the regular housecleaner that you can get for a cheaper price and get a mediocre job done...they are worth every penny that you pay and the difference is noticeable. On the other hand, the crew is always polite, charm and friendly which makes you feel comfortable. I would also like to note that the price is EXTREMELY reasonable for the quality of work that they do. I couldn't be happier with their service and recommend them highly. I was very hesitant to secure house cleaners after our move to Virginia because it is such a personal service. I wanted the best and I was successful! I found JC cleaning thru Angie's List and asked them to come and give me an assessment/estimate. What I love about them is that they are very flexible and concerned about what the customer hopes to get out of the experience. They are highly professional, they communicate on every detail, they are prompt, and they are FANTASTIC at what they do. I feel deep gratitude for them because they make my life better and they do it in a very comfortable way. They add tremendous amounts of value to my lifestyle. We are a big family with pets and they seem to intuitively know what it important to me. They also consistently ask if I would like anything additional done, ask about customer satisfaction, etc. On top of it all, they are some of the nicest people I have ever come across. This is a big benefit. They are experts at what they do, cost is reasonable, and they take extreme pride of ownership in their service. A+++ in my book!
