Great job! Well done, on time, and the price was right. Jack is very polite, professional, and punctual.
Jack was able to give me an accurate price quote over the phone, and set an appointment right away. When he was delayed at a previous job, Jack text-ed me that he will be late, then again he gave me an update that he is on his way. Very polite, very professional.
Jack picked up the chairs, took them to his shop and returned them repaired, exactly on the date and time he promised.
Perfect! I highly recommend this company, and I will use it again if needed.
