He had other contractors come out and plumber didnt show up. We ended up having to pay and call someone else to have them finish the work. He was very intimidating and scared me in my home. I didn't feel like I should have to pay money since the contractors he hired didn't show up and we needed the work done. However the painter he sent out was phenomenal.
Description of Work: He originally came out to do some painting. He put a towel bar up and it doesn't work.
