Amazing job designing a pondless water feature for us. Tom, the owner, even noticed we had kids and added in a slash pad and sand pit for them. It has become the centerpiece of our backyard. The owner and crew were fantastic to work with. We highly recommend Green Earth for all outdoor projects.

Green Earth installed a rainwater harvesting system, small pondless waterfall, and paver walkway with small seating area in my backyard during June 2022. The owner was very responsive and came to my property for discussions and design. He was both highly professional and personable. The installation crew members were very skilled, hardworking, and conscientious. The projects turned out beautifully, and it is such a joy to have stored rainwater available for irrigating the vegetable garden.

Several years ago Green Earth Landscaping put a beautiful pond including a waterfall in my garden. It was easy to care for and a feature we enjoyed immensely. This past summer Green Earth Landscaping did an excellent job cleaning the pond for me. When the water began to become somewhat murky, I was advised by them to put in plants as well as what kind of plants and how much plant coverage my pond would need to retain clear water. I followed the advice I was given and presto! my water began to clear in a few days.
I highly recommend Green Earth Landscaping and will continue to use their services and take their advice.

Tom and his entire team are phenomenal. They met every single objective and need we presented them and were incredibly flexible to make sure timing fit our specific needs. I will continue to use them in the future and cannot recommend them high enough to anybody else. Although our project was more of a larger scale project I would recommend you call them first for any size project that you have.

We had some old Leyland cypress trees that started dying and became really leggy. They provided a privacy screen for our backyard, so we needed a replacement. I reached out to Green Earth Landscaping, and Tom, the owner, came by to give us an estimate. He suggested a few different screening tree options, and we decided on Green Giant evergreens because they’re deer-resistant, fast-growing, and have beautiful foliage. In no time, they were planted around the perimeter. It took a little time for them to fill in, but now we have great privacy again. Highly

I hired this company but fired them before the work began. They gave me three dates to begin the work, but did not follow through. I lost all trust in them.

"Wilma I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Due to one of the rainiest springs in history we had to reschedule many of our jobs not just yours. We kept you updated each time we rescheduled. Our goal is to treat all of our customers with respect and fairness. I know it was frustrating but it's simply not possible to dig in mud, grade and pour concrete when the ground is saturated. We will not push to install a project if the results will be less than great because of the weather conditions."

Green Earth installed a mulch bed and replaced shrubs in front of my house two years ago, removed other shrubs (not replaced), and reseeded where shrubs weren't replaced. Initially it looked pretty good, but the seeding was patchy and a weed block wasn't installed under the mulch. (While surface weeds could stuff grow in spite of a weed block, it probably would have helped against some of the ones with tap roots.) I will say that, two years later, the shrubs they installed are still doing well, and it's a big improvement over what was there. If I were to do it again, I would have insisted on weed block under the mulch bed and had my regular mower do the seeding out front (which I paid him to redo after the fact).

Then when she told them no, that was never the case and they need to remove the old sod first, they agreed to do it but were clearly upset and took an aggravated tone with my wife. The end product looked decent and should be fine as long as it takes. I would recommend going to Merrifield Garden Center instead. Only slightly more expensive ($600 instead of $550) but they have the business operations and customer service at a much higher level.

A slight disconnect between the people who came out to give the estimate and the people who actually did the work. "Well if I knew we were doing digging, I'd have brought the scoop with the teeth". However, very willing to help us out and did exactly what we asked. Very friendy and accomodating.
