Golden Rule did a very good job. The carpet in our basement was left filthy and stained by the previous owners of the house and, although we will eventually replace them in the near term, Golden Rule got them cleaned to the point that we are comfortable living with them for a while, far beyond our expectations. The carpet did take significantly longer to dry than we had been told, but all things considered we were very pleased with the work.

The service went as expected. Thoroughly cleaned the carpet, arrived on time, courteous and considerate. The gentleman made time to to come on short notice since I was making an unexpected trip out of town the following week. I will be using him in the future, very careful, courteous, and considerate..

Great experience. My wife contacted Tony on a Monday, and he was able to make it out the next day for the cleaning. He was there about 1.5 hours, and went over every inch of carpet (especially the edges and deep stains) thoroughly. Most of the stains came out, but some didn't. But the carpet looks so much better than it did before, and we don't feel like we have to replace it (yet) anymore. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire this company again, and would recommend them to anyone looking to have carpets cleaned.

The company is owner-ran. He was just wonderful. I just loved him and would definitely have him back. He came in a nice uniform with a crisp white shirt, long sleeves, and buttoned up collar and sleeves. He was very polite and had a nice sense of humor. I had to remind him of his booties. He was very willing and happy to comply. He informed me why carpet goes dark around the edges. He knew his stuff and I would definitely have him back.

Golden Rule Carpet Care did a fabulous job in cleaning our carpets. They were just great from start to finish. When I called to make the appointment, the representative was very courteous and polite. She explained in detail the services provided, their method of cleaning carpets, and their 8 step carpet cleaning process. The appointment was set and everything that was stated about their 8 step carpet cleaning process was performed by the technician. The estimate stated over the phone was exact. There were NO HIDDEN CHARGES. In addition, I received a confirmation call the day before, and also a call an hour before arrival.
The technician was great. He removed stains(pet stains,beverage stains) that we thought would be impossible to remove.
Lastly, our carpets look great, and the technician was very professional. We highly recommend Golden Rule Carpet Care.

I have two elderly cats that like to throw fur-balls with all the accompanying stains. They spend most of their daytime hours in the two bedrooms with white carpeting and as a result, both carpets looked horrible. So bad, in fact, that the other option was to rip them up and put down replacements. But the cats are likely to live for several more years so it will be an endless series of replacement carpets. I called Golden Rule (I believe they are going by a different name now) and one individual arrived. He stayed for a good period of time - and when he left, the carpets were bright and clean. There is still a little residual marking -- but incredibly little given the state of the carpets before they arrived. I would use them again -- and plan to have them come back every couple months to keep the carpets looking nice.

The carpets came back looking and smelling great. What a job... they had to take them up from under beds, move furniture, etc. They also put them all back, which is a huge and un-enviable job.

Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. My only complaint would be that as soon as the 4 hours of cleaning were up, the 2 ladies who came just left without bothering to take out the trash. Also, scheduling was a little harder than I expected because I basically had to leave voice mail messages during the process and was never sure if my cleaning appointment had been confirmed. It would be much better to receive a phone call the day before the appointment confirming the time that the cleaning crew were coming.

They were local and were really good. I think they did all the furniture moving themselves because I was working, and when I returned home they had finished the job. They were very accommodating in that sense but were a bit pricey for me.

I hired Accurate and Precise Cleaning as a gift to my brother and sister-in-law to clean a house they were renting in Leesburg (which I think is just outside the Angie's List DC market zone) after they had moved out. The house was two stories - 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Tony was great to work with, even though I called literally just a few days before we needed the cleaning done. He was able to work the job into his crew's schedule. He sent out two ladies to do a top-to-bottom cleaning, and they did a great job. I'd definitely hire them again.
