Eve from Long & Foster is working with my husband and I to build a new home in Leesburg, VA and sell our house in Ashburn, VA.  She has been a great resource to have throughout the entire process - she patiently walked us through the end-to-end home buying process, from what to look for in the neighborhoods we were interested in to what was reasonable to offer for the properties we were looking at.  When we landed on new construction, she took us through the process and ensured we were treated fairly and given a good price.
Eve is very accommodating and is able to field questions and requests on short notice. Throughout the process we felt no pressure to make any decisions that were weren't completely comfortable with or to commit to any timelines without understanding every implication involved. 
When it came time to sell our house, she gave us honest and open advice to get our house in the best shape possible for potential buyers.  She brought in a professional photographer and created a gorgeous brochure.  She always gives as much notice as possible for showings, and helped us make decisions when we turned down our first (and very low) offer.  
She makes sure we understand where we are in the process and puts our minds at ease when we start to get anxious.  
As first time new construction home buyers and home sellers, I can see how the entire process can seem harrowing. However, Eve continues to make it as painless as possible. She is very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a new home.
