My overal experience from them was that they were very unproffesional and didn't appear they were interested in doing the work.  It took me over 2months to get an appointment.  Each time I called I never got a live person....it was always an answering machine.  When I finally got an appointment they cancelled at the last minute.  So I had to wait another month for them to finally come out.  I had to call them 4 or 5 times to confirm.  Still never spoke to a live person but they would call me back but no message.  The day of the appointment they showed up on time.  When I went to pay he charged me an additional charge of $25 for the stairs.  I said I did not have any cash he said he would take a check.  I asked if I should make it out to Eco Green he said no and showed me his ID to make it out directly to him.  After I wrote the check I thought he was just contract employee of Eco Green.  He didn't speak much English.  He said it would take about 3-4hours to dry but it actually took 24hours.  It was clean but that is a long time for drying.
