We have been very happy with them. They have always done good work on the car. One time, I had an issue they could not fix right away and they ordered the parts, got them, and put them in. There were no problems. The price was pretty good for what I got. They always call and check after you had any service done to make sure you are happy with it.

The overall experience was very good. Very painless as far as buying cars is concerned. I had not purchased a vehicle in 11 years so you just never know and there are tons of horror stories out there but this was a very good experience. I highly recommend them - they also sell subaru's. There is even more to the dealership - dodge/jeep/ram - and I do not know what that part of the dealership is like. The service organization is awesome at this Kia dealership too. I was having trouble finding the right person to answer my questions and the service manager took ownership and got me the information I needed and got me to the right person.

Their service is excellent. The buying experience was excellent. I haven't had any problems and I love my car.

Went for estimate on engine work. Very quick and thorough, though we ended up going elsewhere for another opinion and did not have the work done.

We have had a pretty good service with them over the years. We have never any problems.

My service representaitve (Mandy) was prompt and very professional. Scott the mechanic, also provided great service. They were able to fix a problem that a previous mechanic had trouble fixing.
