We wanted to replace our A/C system before it gave out. D and D Air Conditioning and Heating easily removed the old system and installed the new system in a few hours on a Saturday afternoon. Although they had never experienced a problem with a Carrier system before, ours was their first!! By Sunday evening it was evident that the house was not cooling down. The guys responded quickly and worked diligently over the next few days to solve the mystery of the faulty system. Unfortunately, it was the perfect storm with our system that by our running it with a bad part it ended up damaging others which necessitated replacing all major parts. Jeff and Greg spoke highly of the Carrier system, and we now know why. The house is marvelously cool and since the system is so effective at removing humidity, we can set the thermostat at a higher temperature and save even more money on top of what we will save due to the efficiency of this unit. The outside unit runs very quietly and we get a 10 year warranty - great benefits of purchasing this Carrier system!! Jeff and Greg were great to work with, friendly, very knowledgeable, and have great integrity in standing behind their work and satisfying their customers. The guys are quiet and courteous, they laid down cloths to protect our carpet and left the house neat and clean. They worked diligently and without complaint in hot and humid temperatures and through torrential rain. Jeff and Greg truly went above and beyond to take care of us throughout the problems we experienced. We greatly recommend them and their company for both installation and service as they have serviced the old system in our townhouse over the past eight years at fair prices and with never an attempt to push services or sales. We are very impressed with Jeff and Greg and the product and service they offer this community, thus, It was very important to us to pass on a good word regarding their company. Word of mouth is important to us in selecting a service company and we hope our review will help someone else looking for a reliable and dependable company for air conditioning and heating services.
