Clean Slate Home Inspections

Phil Linz did a very professional home inspection for me. He did a top to bottom inspection on a 3 level garage town home I was purcahsing. He tested and evaluated all the systems in the house including: mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC,water heater as well as appliances,garbage disposal, integrity of the deck, garage door, attic (to evaluate roof), windows,and general structure to include foundation, and masonry. I received a very detailed and thorough report that identified both the positive and negative aspects of the property and included color pictures illustrating issues he found during his inspection. Phil was very patient in answering my many questions and he took time to explain how the systems in the home work. I would definetely use Phil again and highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection services.

Phil from clean slate did our home inspection. he showed up on time and fully prepared. The inspection was very thorough and detailed. We were buying a home that had been sitting for some time abandoned and he had no issue finding all issues that needed addressing. After the inspection we received an emailed report with pictures and descriptions of every problem in the house. Great company and Phil was a great representative.
