CEMIL UZUN HANDYMAN

Everything went fine. I just thought he was a little pricey.

Estimate was for 2 people 2 days (for the above plus a few other things.) That was more than I could afford, so I cut the job back to the door plus the painting, which he said would be two people one day, and gave me a fixed price which I accepted. He did one person 1.5 hours to do the door plus one other small task. He asked if it was OK to use a roller to apply the deck sealer to the pergola, which I said woud be ok. He showed up the next day with an assistant, who did the painting. The assistant worked for three hours while Cemil did very little. His idea of using the roller was that anywhere the roller didn't fit (e.g. where two boards meet) didn't get painted. I had to make them come back and use a paint brush to make sure that the whole pergola was protected from the weather. Altogether, I paid for 2 people for 1 day and got about half of that in actual work. The final result was OK, but I paiid too much in relation to value, and had to be demanding just to get the job finished. I would say that Cemil has zero pride in doing a job right.

Cemil is very professional and efficient. I appreciated his prompt return of my call, quick turn around and repair. All was accomplished in a span of 3 days! His prices are very reasonable and it was nice to have only one person working on these various issues rather than calling additional companies. I will definitely use Cemil in the future for my home improvement and repair needs!

He came out right away after I called him. He was very trustworthy and honest. He was able to repair what others said couldn't be done. He also fixed a wiggly step for free. I would gladly recommend his services.
